Wonderful experience

My salesman Robert Lisella was great. He was well informed and most congenial. He was also very patient and knowledgeable on the vehicle of interest, the Buich Envista Aventir. Robert receives my highest rating in sales and service.

It was easy to schedule an appointment on the app. I dropped the car off the night before. The work was done as promised and it was completed in the timeframe I asked. That is why I keep going back to Wright.

Wright Buick was definitely the RIGHT place to take my Encore GX for service. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My car was taken to the service area right away. I waited in the customer lounge which even had desks where I could work on my computer. There was a tv as an option while waiting. I expected to be there for a longer period of time but I was happily surprised when the work was done. I have recommended this dealership to family and friends.
